If there are any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within the warranty period, FDUCE will repair or replace the product.
1. How to proceed with the warranty service?
Email us (email@example.com) with your product issues and order number. FDUCE will not accept any warranty repair without the original purchase order number of the FDUCE microphone.
2. What is covered?
FDUCE microphone will replace at our discretion, replacing any product or part of the product that proves defective due to improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance.
This limited warranty can’t be transferred to any subsequent purchasers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 90 days of receiving for an exchange or a refund.
If your FDUCE Product is not functioning properly, please contact FDUCE at firstname.lastname@example.org. FDUCE after-sale service team will help determine whether your FDUCE product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how FDUCE will provide it.
FDUCE requires that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues. When it is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for shipping.
